The living area has table and chairs, sofa and large TV. Private Terrace, through double patio doors, with seating. Smoking not allowed inside but there is a terrace to allow outside. Guest access WiFi and Virgin TV. Private use of Garden Terrace overlooking a pond. Personal private entrance at side of property accessed via a back gate and own front door. Other things to note We are on the edge of Croydon Town but have the Surrey countryside on our doorstep. We have Tudor Rose pub at the top of our Road or The Fox on Coulsdon Common. We are a 15 minute walk from Coulsdon Town itself which has various eat in or takeaway restaurants. It has an Aldi, Waitrose & Tesco Express supermarket.
