Reed's Landing is located on the east shore of Lake Bonaparte and is the perfect getaway any time of the year. Guests have direct lakefront access for activities from boating or kayaking in the summer to ice fishing or snowmobiling in the winter. It is fully equipped with everything required to relax and enjoy lake life for awhile. Reed's Landing is a tranquil spot where you can relax and get away from it all. The property features a private dock, an outdoor fire pit and a deck in the back yard overlooking the water. The cabin has four bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen), two full baths, a complete kitchen, living room and a bunk house for those looking for a more rustic sleep. Enjoy the quiet, the ducks, the loons, the smell of a good fire. Guests will have access to the entire home, the yard and one slip on the dock. The driveway has room for 4 cars. Guests will use a lockbox to gain entry to the house. In the event that anything is needed there are people in the area we employ to help out. About Lake Bonaparte: The lake consists of 1,286 acres, has twenty-four miles of shoreline and in part borders Fort Drum where the shoreline remains wild and natural. The lake contains nine islands and is over two miles long at its longest point. The limestone base of the lake neutralizes the effects of acid rain resulting in a very healthy fish population. The lake supports many species including: Lake Trout, Walleye Pike, Great Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Crappie, Large and Small Mouth Bass, Perch, Bullhead and Bluegill. There is a public marina, a state boat launch, public beach and picnic area. The marina has a full service restaurant and bar with on-water gasoline service.
