House with garden near Honfleur/Deauville

In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, about 25 minutes from Honfleur and Deauville, this authentic Norman house accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Enjoy a 1,500 m² garden with no neighbors opposite, a south-facing terrace and a large living room ideal for spending time with family. Very high-speed fiber, linen provided, self check-in, board games and fully equipped kitchen. The space The house is spacious and has a very nice living room to spend time with friends, family in front of a good movie or board games that we have made available. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook (casseroles, Thermomix, raclette machine...). A brazier (barbecue) is available outside. A first double bedroom is available on the ground floor. The other three are upstairs, one of which is dual-aspect. Two of them have offices for teleworkers (we have an excellent fiber network). The exterior is spacious and the terrace has an unobstructed view of the fields, it's a change of scenery! On the terrace, you will find a table and 8 chairs as well as a cocooning sofa bed that turns into garden furniture to enjoy the southern exposure! NB: Electric car charging is not included in the service. A charging station is located in the center of the village. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden.
