Enjoy our unique 1925 home located in the historic Morton Meadows neighborhood of midtown Omaha. Our comfortable, cozy house features plenty of room to relax with original hardwood floors, and 13-foot, exposed wood living room ceiling. You will feel right at home. The space 3 queen-sized beds; two on the main floor with full bath, plus a lower level queen bed with its own Roku TV and half bath. Ample dining and living rooms make it perfect for couples, professionals, and families. Hang out in the spacious backyard with a gas grill and outdoor seating for spring, summer, and fall enjoyment or have your morning coffee on the front porch in tree-lined tranquility. This safe, upscale neighborhood is adjacent to the nearby Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is home to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and the nearby entertainment and dining offerings of Aksarben Village. Only 10 minutes to downtown and the Old Market and minutes from Baxter Arena to the west and Creighton University to the east. The individual booking the property MUST be a guest during the entire stay. Booking for guests other than yourself is not permitted. Stays of more than two weeks must be approved in advance. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note NO SMOKING is allowed in the home or on the premises at any time. A damage fee will be incurred if we detect any odor or other evidence of smoking. The Guest who books and pays for a stay MUST be at least 25 years old, must upload a valid government-issued ID, and must be a guest on the premises. Max length of stay is 14 DAYS unless by prior arrangement. Instant bookings exceeding 14 days will be cancelled. Local guests are by permission only.
