Our detached Victorian 2 bedroom townhouse is a convenient and stylish base right in the centre of Salisbury. Tucked away on the edge of a housing estate behind St Ann's Street, it is just a few minutes walk from Salisbury Cathedral. There is plenty of off road parking for up to 3/4 vehicles. A great base for a corporate stay or for a family to explore the area. The space The house was completely renovated 3 years ago so behind the Victorian exterior it is clean, fresh and up to date. Although it's very central there isn't much passing traffic as it's not on a through road, so it's relatively quiet for the city centre. The house is light and bright with spacious rooms - the lounge and front bedroom are both double aspect. Knowing that a great night's sleep is high on everyone's wish list all of our beds have quality mattresses and bedding and crisp, white cotton bed linen. The layout of the house is as follows: Ground Floor: Lounge: Bright double aspect lounge with sofa bed, beanbag and 50" smart TV Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large built in storage cupboard Utility room: Located off the kitchen with washing machine, second sink and microwave Cloakroom: Toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: Two single beds which are zip and link (so can be made into a super king bed). TV and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Spacious double aspect room with 2 large single beds, TV and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom: Large walk in shower, toilet and basin. Guests have Salisbury right on their doorstep so once your car is parked up behind the large wooden gates, there's no need to use it except for longer trips to explore the area. You could even arrive by train as it's walkable from the train station. Other things to note - Stays under 30 nights available on a request basis - One well behaved dog on a request basis
