My apartment is in a condominium IN FRONT of Tombo beach in Guarujá, called Pé na Areia, which was classified with a blue flag (water quality and beach management). The apartment has new floors, finishes, bathrooms, cabinets and paint. Own Wi-Fi. Ideal space: Couples and families. It is on the 1st floor with elevator. Nearby: Cafe, restaurants, pharmacy, market. Keys: Pick up at the building's reception desk with prior authorization, which will be sent to the guest's email after closing the lease. The space The apartment is located within a secure condominium with two entrances (one facing the beach and the other on the opposite street). There is a sun guard service. Inside the house, you can find beach chairs. Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment, with closets inside the bedrooms and a closet located in the hallway for storing groceries.
