The lodge is located on the site of a former bamboo nursery. There are still many varieties of mature giant bamboos present today. The lodge also overlooks a large pond (1/3 of an acre!). Truly unique ! The lodge is very spacious - the main room is over 30m2 - so there is plenty of space for your travel cot should you wish to bring your little one(s) along. The lodge has been built to the very latest eco standards meaning it is a very pleasant place to stay. A bed with a view - in the day you can see the beautiful bamboo and at night you can go to sleep whilst watching the flames flicker. Guests are welcome to walk through the bamboo down to the pond where they will find a lovely quiet seating area - perfect for that morning cup of tea or coffee! A continental breakfast is available - this will be left in the lodge for you the night before to avoid any unwanted disturbance in the morning. The lodge is split over 2 floors with kitchen downstairs and living accommodation upstairs. The private entrance is approached via 6 steps. Other things to note Guests have use of an outside sitting area overlooking the large natural pond.
