The accommodation is on a housing estate 10/15 mins walk from the centre of Loddon. THERE IS NO TV. 2pm check in. Contactless Self check in via a key box. Private annexe with own private front door (no back garden access). This small annexe could also accommodate a child/small adult in the under stair bed. Infants are fine, no children under 5 years old, accommodation is not childproof e.g., no stair gate. If you book for 2 and are going to use more than one bed, book for THREE guests. The space If the booking is for 2 people and are going to use more than one bed, book for THREE guests please. I do not charge a cleaning fee and cost to me is increased with extra bedding to wash/dry. This accommodation is on a housing estate 10/15 walk to the centre of Loddon. You’ll have the small, cosy, guest annexe to yourself which is a totally separate space with its own front door. I live next door. It is a comfortable and private, two floor annexe which is a 10/15 walk to centre of Loddon. The accommodation consists of a small kitchenette with a table to sit and eat. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Please note there is no cooker. I supply coffee and tea for you to drink while staying, use what you need but please bring your own milk as peoples taste in milk varies. No parking restrictions on road, there are usually always spaces. Parking is available on the driveway but please request this when booking and I’ll ensure a space is available for you. Due to a roof leak in 2023. The shower room door shuts or doesn’t shut depending on time of year. Not much I can do about this have had a carpenter look at it and adjust and sometimes it shuts depending on temperature. The heating is not on a separate control to my property. Heating will be on during winter or whenever it is cold. There is an electric heater. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS ON WHEN YOU GO OUT. Do not cover the heater and if you have children please do not let them tamper with it. There is a tiny lounge with an under stairs bed for a third (small) person/child to sleep. I AM GOING TO REITERATE HERE THAT A THIRD PERSON WOULD HAVE TO BE UNDER 5 FOOT 5 INCHES. Please note there is no TV here. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a toilet and separate shower room which has a higher than usual step to access so just be aware of this. There is a connecting door to my house via the kitchette which is locked, it is there for cleaning purposes after your stay. You may be able to hear normal household noises from my house. We are a quiet family but you may on occasion hear our TV, just so you are aware. This is a self contained accommodation with no contact check in. I work full time. This listing is descriptive and transparent and explains exactly where this accommodation is so please don’t mark me down on the location when it is extremely clear where we are located. It takes me 12 minutes to walk to the church car park in the centre of Loddon. No pets. Not suitable for toddlers. No children under 5 please unless they are babes in arms (infants) Guest access Access only to the annexe via front door. Please note, there is no back garden access. I won’t always have space on my driveway but there are no parking restrictions on the road. Other things to note I do not supply milk please bring your own, people have a vast array of milk requirements and I’ve wasted so much milk as some guests don’t use it. As mentioned but worth another mention, there is no garden access. Higher than normal step into shower room but if you are capable of climbing stairs this won’t be a problem. There is a sloped ceiling at one end of bedroom, mind your head if you need to open the window in this area. The cupboard is for my use. No TV. No cooker. At top of stairs there is a difference in floor level, please be aware of this when coming down the stairs. I do not charge a cleaning fee to keep your cost low. I’ve just had 2 guests use 10 large towels for a one night stay, please do not use towels unnecessarily. For stays up to 30 days, I will arrange with you at your convenience to come in and change your bedding.
