The house with the large and elegant outdoor living area and the cool terraces with the equipped outdoor masonry kitchen, is located 150 meters from a small, quiet free beach, which is accessed by a comfortable wooden staircase. The sea is clean and suitable for swimming from June to November, thanks also to a very mild climate. The context, quiet and peaceful, allows a holiday of relaxation and serenity, even for children who have the opportunity to go for bike rides in the surrounding area. The space The single-family villa, surrounded by greenery, has large outdoor spaces equipped with garden furniture. Two large covered terraces, one on the front of the house with sofas and tables, the other on the back with a kitchen and masonry dining table, allow you to live comfortably outdoors throughout the day. The terraces are always cool and ventilated, and the outdoor masonry kitchen allows you to prepare meals with the pleasantness that the coolness of the patio guarantees, even during the hottest hours of the day. The interior consists of a living room, three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher. In addition, in the case of larger families or groups, with more than 6 guests, an annex is available, at an additional cost. The annex has 4 beds, two on the mezzanine and two on the ground floor, and a bathroom with a separate shower. A convenient outdoor shower with hot water allows you to rinse off when you return from the sea, in the middle of the Mediterranean garden. Guest access The entire house, outdoor spaces, and surrounding garden are available for guests. The parking space, which is always shaded, inside the fence, is convenient for accommodating two cars. The annex is only available if the number of guests is more than six and has an additional cost that is automatically calculated based on the period of the stay and the number of additional guests. In addition, a convenient garage is available, where beach equipment, barbecue, washing machine and garden tools are stored. Other things to note In case of check-in after 7 p.m., a supplement of €50 is required and for check-in after 10 p.m., a supplement of €70.
