The space This cozy little room is 9x11 and comes with a loveseat sofa bed. Work on your laptop at the computer desk with wifi. Feel free to share use of washer, dryer, refrigerator and other convienences. There are nearby markets, shopping and a short two block walk to subway trains which lead to major connections. I provide fresh towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. My expectations are that my guests be neat and clean and smoking is allowed outside only where there is access to a patio.
