For you as a guest, this means that all the little practical touches are provided, ensuring you have everything you need and can fully enjoy your stay. With us, contactless check-in and check-out are possible (key safe). Modern, lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday apartment (non-smoking), 56 m² – 86 m², 1 – 3 bedrooms, quiet yet centrally located. Small outdoor area with dining space, overlooking the Mediterranean garden. 5-minute walk to the town center, pedestrian zone, market square, restaurants, cafés, university of applied sciences, light rail, and Rhine island with boat docks, beer garden, and outdoor swimming pool. 2 minutes to a bakery, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, and bank. Spacious and bright 2-4 room apartment, large living room, bright, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with window, 1-3 bedrooms, hallway. We take great care to ensure that guests feel comfortable in the holiday apartment and that everything is in excellent condition, with items being replaced regularly as needed. Large living room with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining area, a 55-inch Sony Bravia 4K Google TV, satellite TV, a PlayStation 5 with games, a radio, a Blu-ray player, a DAB+ internet radio with CD player, and a telephone. Bright kitchen, fully equipped, including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, grill, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine (filter coffee), coffee machine (Senseo coffee pads) and Tasimo coffee capsule machine. Bathroom with natural light, a bathtub, a washer-dryer, and a hairdryer. An ironing board and iron are provided. Separate bedroom with a double bed and a 43-inch Sony Bravia 4K Google TV. A baby cot is available. Two additional bedrooms in the same apartment can be booked (including a guest toilet). One bedroom is equipped with a 50-inch Sony Bravia 4K Google TV with satellite TV, and the other has a 43-inch Sony Bravia 4K Google TV. One bedroom is available for up to two people; two bedrooms are available for up to four people. For occupancy of up to 7 people, there are three bedrooms. Bedrooms not included in the booking will be unavailable and locked. You can also book one or two additional bedrooms in the apartment for a fee if you prefer to have your own. In the hallway, you'll find information, current brochures, and excursion tips for Bad Honnef and the surrounding area. The small outdoor area features new garden furniture and a parasol. From there, you have a view of real palm trees and an old olive tree. You have free Wi-Fi with the fastest internet via fiber optic 1000. Towels, dish towels, bed linens, and hypoallergenic pillows are included. We have reserved a free parking space for you. Final cleaning and VAT are included. There is no tourist tax in Bad Honnef. As of April 1, 2026, the city of Bad Honnef has introduced a bed tax of 5% on the rental price for all guests. This tax must be collected from guests and remitted to the city of Bad Honnef. The bed tax is included in our total price and is shown under the "Taxes" section. Pets are welcome upon request. Check-in and check-out are possible without personal contact (key safe). The garden is private and not included in the rental. You have a small outdoor area with garden furniture and a parasol. The price for up to two people includes a separate bedroom with a double bed (bedroom 1). Additional bedrooms 2 and 3 can be booked if, for example, you prefer separate sleeping arrangements or if you wish to accommodate up to six people. Otherwise, bedrooms 2 and/or 3 will be locked. Contactless check-in and check-out are available (key safe). Other things to note We live in the same house and rent out two separate vacation apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance. The garden is private and is not included in the rental.
