“Paulus” at the forest with hot tub

Have the ultimate escape in our enchanting cottage "Paulus"! Located in the Veluwe, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy and romantic bedroom and a spacious living/dining room highlighted by the central fireplace. The property has a lot of privacy and a beautiful fully fenced foresty garden. Whether indoors or outdoors, enjoy the privacy, serenity and beauty that "Paulus" offers you and for a touch of luxury book the hot tub if it is available The space The inside: The cottage is located on a private estate and offers peace, serenity and privacy. The fireplace at the center of the living room is the highlight of the cottage and adds extra coziness and charm to the place. The bed and mattresses in the bedroom are extremely comfortable, hypoallergenic and of the highest quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove with a multifunctional oven, fridge and freezer, a Senseo machine, a juicer and blenders and probably everything you need to bake, stew, roast and cook. The bathroom has been completely renovated in spite of its size. Outside: The cottage is surrounded by a 1600m2 natural garden with beautiful old oak, pine trees, ferns and beautiful rhododendrons. In the backyard, an inflatable Jacuzzi (model Lazy Spa Miami sleeps 4) is available for an extra charge of 30 euros per stay (for a 2 night stay). The availability of the hot tub is not guaranteed. Finally, a washing machine and dryer are available for you during your stay ( for longer stays). NB: Unfortunately, we are no longer in the measure to provide you with wood, so you will have to buy your own. It is easily available at the Gamma of Praxis and sometimes even Albert Heijn. Details of which type of wood will be sent when your reservation is confirmed. Guest access The entire cottage is available to you with all the equipment that is available. A good WI-FI connection as well as a smart TV with internet TV. Other things to note Please note that: - Small and medium sized dogs/cats are welcome (max 2 pets) at €20 per pet. Larger dogs can be allowed after consultation - Dogs are not to be left unattended and/or continuously barking in the garden. Please make sure that your pet stays within our property and does not jump over the fence. As pets are not allowed to roam unattended on the estate, please keep them on a leash if you think this will be the case - For hygiene reasons and to keep allergic reactions to a minimum with our guests pets are not allowed in the bedroom. Please bring extra plaids or plaids to cover the textiles in the living room. - Rules for using the hot tub: 1. Reservation & Fee: €30 for two-night stays. Must be booked for the entire stay. Additional nights: €10/night. 2. Towels & Bathrobes: Bring your own. Use of house towels is €30 extra for laundry. 3. House Rules: Please follow all hottub rules in the check-in instructions. 4. Water Refresh: Failure to comply with the rules may incur an additional cost of up to €150 for changing the water. NB: we will do our best to make the hot tub available but know that this cannot be guaranteed. - BBQ's are not provided - and only allowed during certain periods. Please contact me. - Unfortunately, we no longer supply wood for the fireplace. You will therefore open your own from the range or the Praxis or even the Albert Heijn. Once your reservation is confirmed, I will send you the details. - Keys are available at short notice
