The farm house, dating back to the early 1900's, stands on a plot of land covering approximately 9000 square meters and includes a large garden and a small forest. Inside it's cool in summer and warm in winter. Perfect for 7-10 people ( max 15 people). The rent is for exclusive use. The space The farm house is 10 km. from Asti and 25 km.from Alba and Langhe Region. 1 hour and 15' drive from MIlan, Turin and Genoa. It's a spacious house ( 300 mq.). At the ground floor there are 2 dining rooms ( for 6 and 10 people), a living room with wood burning fireplace and satellite tv, 1 bathroom and a kitchen well equipped (6 fires, 2 fridges, a big freezer, dishwasher and oven). At the first floor 2 doublebed rooms, 1 bedroom with a doublebed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms. There is a big attic too with 1 doublebed and 4 single beds, perfect for children up 6 years old. Huge property, garden barbecue facilities and garden forniture. A small pool is available in the garden , amazing for children and a good refresh for adults ( open from june to 15 of september). A very good place to visit Langhe and Monferrato region. Sheets, blankets,towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper are provided. There are 2 travel cots for babies and 2 high chairs.
