Sandy Toes Beach Hut

1960s Beach cottage centrally located in KDH. Only a min walk to beach. Swellsa Brewing is on the corner. If you’re looking for a place to crash for the night and/or a beachy experience; Sandy Toes Beach Hut is what you are looking for.This property is sectioned off but attached to the main house which is occupied. You WILL HEAR us if we are in our kitchen. WE do NOT mind loud guest!! Guests have the front of the house. 2 bed/1 bath. There is NOT a kitchen. Microwave only 420 friendly. The space Property is a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom ONLY.. there is NOT a kitchen. Guest access You will have access to the front of the house. Which includes, living room, two bedrooms 1 king, 2 full beds and a bathroom. There IS NOT a Kitchen; There are NOT laundry facilities. Parking will be the (EAST) driveway ; If more then 2 vehicles just park along road. Other things to note We have dogs and they will be in the back yard. Sometimes you may hear them bark. I do my best to keep them quiet. Also our walls are THIN ! You will hear us if we happen to be in our kitchen.
