Free parking and only 10 minutes by road or rail (every 30 mins at peak times) to Oxford. Breakfast service may be available separately and can be paid for in the morning The space Rooms are light and airy with a modern, comfortable feel. The kitchenette suites are ideal for guests requiring a large space to relax and to have the ability to prepare light meals, especially useful on multiple night stays. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the rooms, along with Sony Smart Tv, desk to work at and guest information folders which provides a selection of things to do in the area. All rooms have there own en-suite bathrooms (unfortunately no baths.) Guest access Check-in is from 2 pm - 7 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. We have a large car park which can be accessed by guests. We do have ground floor rooms which can be requested and subject to availability
