Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight. The space Re-built 18 years ago, warm and light,own entrance. Looks out onto the garden, step through the gate straight onto Shortheath Common, a gem within the south downs national park. Shower and WC ensuite. Kitchenette. Breakfast table. TV. Reliable full fibre with halo WiFi. One super king bed or two single beds.The bothy is small but well set out. Guest access The bothy has almost everything you need for a humble life with a DVD player and TV, superfast reliable WiFi , microwave,hob, car parking is on the drive. We're only a knock on the door away if anything is needed. Laundry can be done by arrangement. Other things to note The nature reserve is peaceful and beautiful all year round with it's large pond a 10 minute stroll (recently featured on radio 4 Rambling series). It is a fifteen minute drive to Jane Austen's old house in Chawton and a similar distance to The Wakes Museum at Selborne, home of the naturalist Gilbert White. Guildford, Chichester, Winchester and Portsmouth & the south coast are all within 1 hour drive, central London, waterloo 1 hour on the train from Alton station.
