A huge open-plan living and dining room have sweeping views over the vast blue skies and untouched wilderness of the reserve, perfect for wildlife and cloud watching. The five double bedrooms can sleep up to 10 guests. Plenty of outside space for BBQ’s and games or discover the National Nature Reserve, renowned for its wildlife and conservation work. Access to a secret beach, an on-site wildlife guide, a café for your morning coffee, endless starry skies and being completely immersed in nature are what make this stay extraordinary. With ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed nestled under the eaves. Bedroom 3: Twin room (can be converted to a superking - note this gives less movement around the room). Bedroom 4: Superking which can be converted to twins. Separate bathroom with shower over bath. All bathrooms are stocked with Bramley products. Guest access Cross the courtyard from the carpark to check-in with the team at Reception in Kingshill Barn. If you are arriving late, you will receive self check-in details and the key will be left in the accommodation. As overnight guests, you will have unlimited access to the nature reserve and our miles of walking trails. Other things to note Elmley is a popular national nature reserve for bird watchers, wildlife lovers and those whom love open, soul-stirring landscapes. The National Nature Reserve is open to the public in the day but after closing guests (and the other residents) will have it to themselves. Children and babies are very welcome. Cots, high chairs and baby baths are available on request. The large living area with its nature reserve views is a great space for gatherings. Wi-fi available The house has plenty of outside space for BBQs and games. The Reserve wildlife including ducks and frogs in the ponds are your nearest neighbours. Children have the freedom and space to run around, but please be aware that the garden isn't fenced so they must be supervised. Relaxed, sharing meals can be delivered to the house, or pre-book to dine on a menu of seasonal and local produce at the restaurant, in our barn.
