Additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance and may incur an extra charge. • Air Conditioning To prevent excessive strain or damage, the thermostat must not be set below 73°F (23°C). Please review them before booking. ⸻ 🏊 Pool with elecric heater • Heated in-ground pool and spa • Pool target temperature is 86°F (30°C) using an electric heat pump • Pool system and heater typically operate between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and do not run overnight • During cooler months, a pool blanket may be provided; guests are responsible for removing and replacing it • Target temperatures are not guaranteed, as heating performance depends on weather conditions Heat pump note: Pool heat pumps operate most efficiently when outdoor temperatures are above 45–50°F (7–10°C). Below this range, heating performance may be limited.
