NEW: Since April 2023 there is also a safe available. Deposit $600 Outdoor - Grill: Not included - Refill propane. Important: In the event of failure of ( for example) electric devices of any kind or power failure, the landlord and management will not grant any compensation or repayment. A repair ( if technically possible ) of any device will be arranged as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: Max. 1 PET allowed. No pets in pool allowed !!!! 600 Dollar penalty for pool- cleaning. It is not reasonable for other guests if there is animal hair in the pool system! If a pet was or is in the pool (it will obviously be checked), the deposit will be retained and the tenant has to leave the house immediately (without the right to a refund), as this is a breach of the house rules. This also applies to additional pets brought later. Pets are strictly forbidden in the bed and on the couch!! Lehigh Acres is located in Southwest Florida, a short drive from the Gulf Coast.
