The mansion has 4 fully furnished private apartments and 3 BnB rooms. You will stay in an apartment with a private kitchen, bathroom & living room. In addition there is a big garden, a shared kitchen and shared salons. In the central shared living room there are often yoga, movement and business workshops. The space The flat is on the first floor on the (quiet) street side overlooking the Dijle. In the flat you have a living area with open kitchinette, a bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom with double sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Like all rooms in the house, you can enjoy plenty of daylight, high ceilings and authentic elements. You can also enjoy the common areas of our co-housing, like the shared kitchen, living room and smaller salons, and our 30a garden. Guest access This apartment is part of a co-housing project. This means a lot of shared spaces in which all the guests build the community. Guests can also access our shared kitchen, a huge living room, and some smaller salons and the sauna. And don’t forget the 30a of nature: big old trees and quiet in the middle of the medieval town (our garden walls are actually the authentic medieval city walls). We love to share all of this abundance with our guests. Sometimes the spaces are rented to (business) groups, meetings, yoga sessions, ... on those occasions the common spaces can be less available. Other things to note Each guest has their private rooms or apartments with private bathroom. You can also enjoy all of the shared spaces. Mostly the common spaces are enjoyed by the people living here. They might be rented out for yoga, movement, dance workshops, or it could be leadership courses or conferences about innovative organisations.
