Our 75 square meter house is ideal for living and enjoying Elche. It's not just any rental house, it was our home and we haven't changed anything that takes away from its comfort for you to enjoy it. A modern, central, and bright house. You'll be surprised to feel right at home. A house with everything you need for your stay. Surrounded by all kinds of services: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops, and transportation: bus, train. The space The house is in excellent condition, fully equipped with a 49-inch Samsung TV, LG refrigerator, and Bosch washing machine. Equipped with central air conditioning that distributes air throughout the house. All bedrooms and living room have quiet designer ceiling fans. It has programmable Rointe heating throughout the house. All the necessary cleaning products are at your disposal in case you need them, as well as soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. Breakfast is available; Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules, Italian coffee maker with coffee, tea, infusions, Colacao, Nescafe, fruit. It is very cozy and comfortable, designed for 1 or 2 couples or married couples with small children. No risk to babies and children. All furniture is wall-mounted, and some of it has warm indirect LED lighting. The bedrooms have Finstral windows with almost total sound insulation and viscoelastic mattresses with springs that catch you in your sleep... they will not leave you indifferent. It has lots of light and ventilation. 2 night stay minimum. Guest access A parking space is available in the same building upon reservation at a price of 10 euros per day. Not available for large 7-seater cars Other things to note Possibility of booking a parking space in the facilities for 10 euros/day. For large 7-seater cars, parking is not available On the street there is a free parking area delimited by a white line and a paid area delimited by a blue line. 50 meters away there is a public parking for 17 euros a day.
