It’s a detached and completely private beautiful villa which can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults/children + 1 infant). It has a private large luxurious 40 sq.m. swimming pool and amazing view to the Aegean Sea. The villa, which renovated in 2023 is on an 11,500m² site with a wonderful sea view. The luxury villa has two bedrooms : the first bedroom has a double bed 160×200, while the other family bedroom has two double beds 160×200. The family bedroom of the villa has a traditional “sofa” in a Greek style, which is a kind of raised bed for four that a whole family can sleep on comfortably, especially those with toddlers who sleep in their parents’ bed. There are two bathrooms; one inside the house (with shower), and one external next to the swimming pool (with shower). The living room of the villa has a 55” FullHD Smart TV with satellite (Astra) channels. Free Air conditioning is also available.
