Apartment on the 1st floor Compett newly renovated historic building located directly on the Neckar and the Elsenz. The fabulous view of the Neckar and the mountains and the central and quiet location in Neckargemünd offer a perfect balance. In the immediate vicinity, many leisure activities are offered and thanks to the good public connection, quick trips to e.g. Heidelberg (10min) are possible. The apartment itself has been stylishly and modernly furnished and has all utilities. The space First bedroom: The apartment has a quiet bedroom with a double bed 180x200cm (two 7 zone quality mattresses). Of course, we provide bed linen free of charge. The bedroom has enough space to set up, for example, the existing travel cot. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You also have a fantastic view of the Neckar and the mountains behind it. Second bedroom: The second bedroom is also very quiet and has two single 80x200cm mattresses. The two beds can also be combined into a double bed. As in the first bedroom, we provide the bed linen free of charge. A small dresser for your luggage completes the equipment in this bedroom. Living room: The bright living room has a fabulous view of the Neckar, the Elsenz and the mountains behind it. As an additional sleeping option for children or snorkelers, a sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 cm is available here. In addition, the living room has a dining table for 4 people, a TV 42 inches and an armchair. Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and has various extras such as a Rainshower shower and indirect lighting of the mirror. The toilet is in the bathroom. Shower towels and towels are provided free of charge. Kitchen: The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster. Entrance area: The approx. 4sqm large entrance area is sufficient for further luggage, sufficient jackets, shoes and thus separates the living area from the entrance area with an additional door. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Shelter in the house for bicycles is given.
