Villa Gonio Hills is a peaceful hillside retreat with two fully equipped kitchens and open living spaces. All 6 bedrooms have private bathrooms and doorlocks for privacy. Enjoy a garden with fruit trees, hammocks, sun loungers, and openair pool (June–October). Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are perfect for barbecues. Public transport stops in front of the house, and parking is available in the backyard. 15-20 min drive to Batumi and 10-15 min drive to the beach (Gonio, Kvariati, Sarpi). The space Welcome to our hillside villa in Gonio, offering beautiful views of the sea, Batumi, and the mountains. The area is quiet and green, with a cool breeze in the evenings, even in summer. The villa is conveniently located: Gonio Fortress is 1.3 km away, Batumi is just a 15-minute drive, and the Sarpi (Turkey) border is nearby. Batumi International Airport is only 6 km away, making travel easy. A comfortable and peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay with big family or group of friends. Guest access There are two kitchens with open living rooms (on the ground and first floors), both equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, one washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware. All the rooms have keys for privacy and feature private bathrooms. The garden is adorned with fruit trees, hammocks, and beach chairs for sunbathing, along with a private pool for guests' use. A public transport stop is located in front of the Villa. If you arrive with your own car, parking is available on the premises. The outdoor swimming pool is accessible during the warm season (June to October). Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available for barbecues. Other things to note The house is situated on the hill immediately after crossing the Gonio bridge. Nearby, you'll find several markets, shops, and pharmacies for your convenience. Additionally, there's a dining establishment adjacent to the house, as well as a wine cellar in the neighborhood.
