A car is necessary, especially to go to the fine grained sand beach of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro, about 2 kilometers from the house. On Wednesday takes place the market in Sineu, at the same time the most traditional market of the island. Both towns Sineu and Petra are famous for its cellers, nice restaurants serving majorcan food. Maria de la Salut provides you with some basic services like a small grocery store and bars. Can Picafort and Inca offer more services, big supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Ideal for 6 guests, the spacious garden offers lot of space for your children to play. Around the private salt water pool, you can choose one of the sun loungers and have a little siesta. The plot is fenced and the house is in a secluded spot, so you will be able to enjoy private holidays with your loved ones. There's a furnished porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining and tasty barbecues. The rooms are distributed over two floors and are decorated in a stylish and cozy way. Thanks to its large windows distributed throughout the house, rooms are bright and airy. The spacious sitting-dining room is open to the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, vitro hob, fridge and kitchenware. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. One more double room with en-suite bath and access to a chill-out terrace is on the first storey. The villa provides you with Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the upper bedroom. The other bedrooms come with a fan. Our guests will find another separate bathroom in the house and we can supply a cot and a high chair upon request. To consider There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
