Isaberg/Hestra, Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage in the area of Isaberg/Hestra. A newly renovated cottage located at the edge of Hestra. The cottage is within walking distance of the town, ski/walking/bike trails, lake for swimming/fishing, and a few km from Isaberg Mountain Resort. The cottage is about 30m² + a large upper floor bedroom and includes: - A large fully equipped kitchen with a tv and bed sofa. - Restroom with a shower. (NOT RENOVATED) - A bedroom with three single beds. large upper floor with a double bed. The space NOTE: After a review where mold odor was pointed out, we have carried out two "air sample tests for mold (AGX Nordic)" inside the cabin a couple of days apart (07-14-20 and 07-24-20) with results of GOOD air on both. We have replaced the panel and been inside all the walls of the house, no signs of mold have been seen during the renovation. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the cottage is on a natural plot, which means that there is plenty of vegetation, including many birches on the plot. This leads to high pollen levels during much of the summer. -The cottage is old but completely renovated, which means there may be an old smell in some spaces. We did not detect any mold or mold odor during the renovation (panel replaced around the entire property). - The bathroom is not renovated and a bit old. Renovation is planned for the future. If any of the points above are a problem for you, or you feel that the price per night is so high that it pulls down the final grade, please choose a different listing. The host lives in the house next door, about 20 meters from the cabin. A charcoal grill is available to borrow on the patio behind the cabin. You need to bring your own charcoal. Access to the garden just behind the cabin. Parking spots for two cars. Breakfast, meals, cleaning, bed linens and towels are not included in the price. Bed sheets/towels can be added for a fee of SEK 100/person. Bed sheets, bottom sheets, and pillowcases need to be used. Cleaning can be added for a fee of SEK 800. The cottage should be cleaned and left in the same state as when you arrived. Dog, and horses live in the garden/in the house where we clean the sheets (allergy information).
