Our stylish, elegantly furnished, air-conditioned apartment for 4 people is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The accommodation is fully equipped, guests' comfort is provided by cable TV, free WI-FI, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, freezer refrigerator, electric stove, coffee, tea making. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo are provided free of charge. Other things to note We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests that pets are not allowed in the accommodation, smoking is not allowed in the apartment (there is a designated place). According to our house rules, only our registered guests (max. 3 people) can stay at the accommodation. The accommodation fee does not include the tourist tax (IFA), which is payable separately on site: 450 HUF/person/night over the age of 18. Residents of Miskolc and students of the University of Miskolc with a valid student ID or school attendance certificate are exempt from tax. We kindly ask our guests to inform themselves in advance about other legal exemptions and their enforcement rules.
