La Maria Pension, located at the foot of the Parang Mountains, at an altitude of 500 m, offers a unique panorama of the mountain range. Due to its position, the peaks of Cerbul (1600 m), Papuşa (2136 m), Parangul Mare (2519 m), as well as the whole mountainous landscape with the royal settlements (Crasna, Cernădia, Baia de Fier) can be seen. As seen in the photos, the sunset lies on the Crasne Mountains.
