The trilogy of Cavaliere Seafront Houses, Theseus, Klio & Thalia are nestled in the heart of the charming seaside village of Sami, in the center of Kefalonia, making them an ideal base for exploring our beautiful island. Theseus House, fully renovated in 2024 with attention to detail, is a spacious open-plan studio, ideal for two guests seeking comfort, relaxation, and an authentic seafront escape. Enjoy a relaxing stay and unwind with a coffee or drink on the cozy balcony above the sea. The space The studio was renovated in 2024, is fully furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our goal is to continuously improve our facilities and enhance our guests’ experience. For this reason, just one year after the complete renovation of the studio, we proceeded with the remodeling of the bathroom facilities to ensure the highest level of service quality for our guests. It is an open-plan studio featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and coffee area, one bedroom with a king-size double bed, and one private bathroom with a shower. The studio also offers a seaside balcony overlooking the yacht harbor, where you can relax day or night while enjoying your breakfast, lunch, or drinks. Guest access The entrance of the house is located at the back side of the property, where a beautiful and well-lit staircase leads to the first floor, where the house is situated. Other things to note The village of Sami is located in the heart of Kefalonia, making it the ideal base for exploring the entire island. The village itself offers a great variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets. Within just a 5-minute drive, you can visit the wonderful beach of Antisamos, as well as some of the island’s most famous attractions, such as the Lake of Melissani, the Cave of Drogarati, and the picturesque village of Karavomilos. You can also reach the beautiful village of Agia Efimia in 15 minutes and the most famous beach of Kefalonia, Myrtos Beach, in 25 minutes.
