Enjoy your stay in our beachfront retreat in Corpus Christi. Our small, but comfortable and serene condo is located right in the center of everything North Beach has to offer. Some area attractions include the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field (home of the Corpus Christi Hooks), and Hurricane Alley Waterpark. HEB & Walmart are just across the Causeway Bridge! The condo features a private balcony with a spectacular beachfront views. ***Please read before booking… Our home is the perfect spot for a couple's getaway or family vacation. This is a small but wonderful 420 sq ft condo which will comfortably accommodate 4 people, and if you don’t mind close quarters, will sleep 5 (3 adults and 2 children). *FYI: The complex is under construction for repairs and updates, but the pictures of our condo are accurate. * The sleeping arrangements are a comfy queen bed in the private bedroom and the hallway has built-in junior bunks intended for youth/children. **Please note, they are not large enough for adults or large teens to be comfortable. The living room has a fold down futon sofa, best for one adult. * No pets are allowed for non-owners per HOA regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience. * The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, K-cup and traditional coffee maker, and microwave/convection oven combo. We also offer salt & pepper, and coffee for your first morning. * Smart TV (Cable included) and FREE Wifi. * Private beach access, picnic tables, two pools (the one at our building is heated until April), charcoal grill (remember the charcoal), and gated parking. * Laundry area with coin/credit card operated washers and dryers located on the same floor. **Important: When you arrive, check-in at the front desk. All adults (18 years and older) may need to present a picture ID. There is a $15 (non-refundable) fee for a parking pass and gate cards/wristbands which provide you access to the gated parking, pools, and beach. This is a one time, per stay fee. Please feel free to use anything in our home during your stay. We want you to feel like this is your home during your time there, however we do appreciate you treating it well. Every family deserves a vacation! Please enjoy our entire space. We have one closet that is locked for our housecleaner's supplies. Please call or text us with any issues. We understand this is your vacation, not ours. If you call, we will answer! As a heads up, there is road construction around our complex, as well as some work projects in our complex. The USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium are both within walking distance from the condo. Whataburger Field and Hurricane Alley Waterpark are 2.6 miles, just over the Harbor Bridge. The closest HEB and Walmart are over the causeway bridge in Portland. You can reach North Beach by car using Highway 181. Exit at the Portland/USS Lexington/Texas State Aquarium exit. There is an information book in the living room if you have questions about the convection/ microwave or the cooktop.
