The space Ideally located on the edge of the Loir, the property gives you a splendid view overlooking the river to the west; 20 min from Angers TGV, 1 hr from Le Mans, 1 hr 25 min from Nantes, 2 hr 30 min from Paris; close to all amenities. Range of cultural, sports and nature activities nearby. Remote work possible, several offices. A haven of peace combining the comfort of a 280 m2 house pleasantly furnished with the sweetness of a flower garden maintained by us, on the border of a natural and wild environment. An ideal place to create memories with friends and family. Children are welcome and many places are safe for your little ones. We can accommodate up to 12-14 people, including 9-11 adults. A pavilion can be rented for an additional fee for 2 adults. Several spaces are suitable for teleworking: office on the ground floor, office in the adjoining bedroom on the first floor and in the two bedrooms on the second floor, in the pavilion.
