Welcome to our private basement mini-suite in Bella Vista, your perfect basecamp for adventure in Northwest Arkansas! The space Let our beautiful and modern suite be your private retreat to relax after a day of adventuring or working. This cozy space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. You will enjoy your own private patio, which features a comfortable sitting area, a fire pit for cooler evenings, a privacy fence, and a grill for outdoor cooking. Please note that our unit is compact, and the bed is a full-size. To enhance your comfort and provide extra legroom, we also offer a pull-out full-size bed. Inside, the suite includes: A well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi. An in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Secure bike racks to store your gear. Our home is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts. You can ride your mountain bike a short distance to access the Little Sugar trail system right from our suite! We are also a short drive from Bella Vista's dining, shopping, and golfing. Explore the best of the local trail systems: Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs & Tanyard Creek Trails: All located nearby. Slaughter Pen Trails: Access the northern end with a 5-mile drive. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve: The North Trailhead is just a 7-mile drive away. Tanyard Creek: A 1.5-mile drive from the unit, perfect for birding and seeing beautiful waterfalls. Guest access Enjoy your own private entrance and a dedicated gravel parking space alongside our driveway. We can also set up a charging cable for your electric car; please just let us know in advance if you need it. There is a gravel path leading to the unit, along with a few steps for access. If you have mobility concerns, please keep this in mind when booking. If you require additional parking, such as for a trailer, send us a message, and we will work to accommodate you. We have even had a guest park with a trailer before. Other things to note WWe are pet-friendly and allow well-behaved pets to stay in our suite. We strive to provide what you and your furry friend will need for a comfortable stay. Please be aware that we live upstairs with our cats. If you have cat allergies, we kindly recommend considering another Airbnb for your health and comfort. We have been hosting since 2017 and love sharing our new place here in Bella Vista with guests. The suite is part of the basement level and is completely separate from our living space, ensuring your privacy.
