At the foot of the Tournette chalet is quiet, in a natural forest setting, overlooking an old sawmill with a dawn wheel that pours its water into a pond. Our 3 musketeers, our sheep, maintain the meadows. Be careful! To see other animals who also like this ecological refuge. The "guardian of the sawmill", discreet and helpful, will share with you our ecological passions to see on the site "the SAWMILL". Angon Waterfall is close by. Rest assured! The space We love our place because it's modest, warm and functional. We particularly appreciate the tranquility of the place and the fact of being in contact with nature. We have agreed to share it with respectful guests, so we can maintain and improve it little by little. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house on the ground floor upstairs. Outside at the ground floor entrance, guests have access to the 2 terraces East and West of the chalet, they are connected by a south-facing balcony. Guests have access to 2 parking spots: - 1 parking lot in the back of the house, on the North side, along the path to the house. - 1 dedicated parking lot below the terrace of the house. Note: The underpass of the house and outbuildings are not part of the rental, so guests do not have access to it. Other things to note We only rent for 4 months during the summer our own house to help us keep it in good and comfortable condition. With respect for our traveler/ win-win relationship, we pay a lot of attention to everything that can allow for a good stay as relaxing as possible with respect for people. Here are some important things to us: Sleeping: •Our bedding is in excellent condition, all covered with a quilted quality mattress topper for better comfort, all always protected by soft quality alèzes that we change between each guest. •The pillows are new every season and protected by soft quality alèzes that we change between each guest. We provide extra pillows. •Each bed has a clean duvet and wool blankets. •A column fan is provided near each bed. Amenities: •We maintain and replace our amenities because it is our living space, and we are at your disposal 24/7 on our mobile number, to intervene if an outage occurs during your stay. •Above all, we are looking for a functional chalet. •Our inventory of amenities you'll find when you arrive lists a large amount of dishes and kitchenware to make your life easier. Accommodation Style and Decoration: •We store our personal belongings in discreet and blocked cabinets, in order to leave you a decluttered house, as neutral as possible, just with what it takes as decorations and accessories to keep its authenticity. Garden and terraces: •Every year we invest in garden furniture, chairs and garden chairs, sunbeds, pergola... for our and your enjoyment. •We thrive to bloom and maintain the garden and terraces regularly. Frame and View: •The view of Lake Annecy is never very far, just go up our way on the departmental road. •The view of our park around the sawmill with its sunrise wheel and pond, is unique in the region, much we want it. •We maintain our park sometimes with sheep to attach the useful to the pleasant. •We protect our setting so that you are not disturbed during your stay. Child safety: •Children can safely play around the house away from the road.
