In a listed village, half-timbered house overlooking a wooded valley

Half-timbered house located in Montjoi, a small country house from the 13th century, which can only be accessed through an entrance door. Its entrance is located on the only street in the village and behind, with its garden and swimming pool overlooking a wooded valley. It is a very quiet place. The house has several levels. On the ground floor, there is the living room with its fireplace and a stone sink, the master bedroom (140 cm bed) with its private shower room, and an independent WC. On the first floor, a large living room with a fireplace and a stone sink, a bedroom with 2 beds of 120, a bathroom with WC. On the garden level, fitted kitchen and shaded outdoor terrace. The 10x5 garden and swimming pool (shared with the owner) overlooks a wooded valley. From the garden you can access the walkway that goes around the village. It is a very quiet place. No crossing road, only one street which divides in two on a part of the village. Access to the village is through a stone door, which is also the only possible exit.
