This unit was recently renovated and is nicely furnished with everything you need, including wifi, for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Located on the Colorado River with access just steps away. Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The space We do have a shared outdoor BBQ area should you like to grill and enjoy meals while overlooking the river. We have a dock that is available on a first requested basis, prior approval required, should you be bringing watercraft. NOTE: LAUNCH RAMP IS NOT FOR GUEST USE FOR LAUNCHING OF MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT. Guest access Guests have access to our fishing dock sitting right on the Colorado River. We have on site laundry facilities (coin-op). Use of dock for watercraft must be pre-approved and guest must have copies of all current registration and insurance. Other things to note The river and beach are is accessed from the launch ramp. Follow the ramp, past the garages to the pathway to the beach.
