My house is located within the vacation resort community of Spinnaker's Reach in Emerald Isle, NC and is close to the beach and community pool. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the views, the beach, but most of all because of the location, location, location! My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The space Relaxation, renewal, and more are possible at Jolly Sixpence. With it's perfect location next to the community pool just across from the ocean access and unbelievable ocean view, this 2nd row half duplex is the place for you! On the ground level is the laundry room, kids nook with Xbox, and stairway to the 2nd level. The 2nd level offers large covered decks with ocean views, a queen master (did I mention the view?) with private bath and Jacuzzi tub, and two other bedrooms that share a hall bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The 3rd level Great room is bright and airy with an open floor plan. There are magnificent views to be had from the living area, dining area and kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a second queen master with private bathroom and garden tub. The large deck off the living and dining areas offer some of the best 2nd row views in the neighborhood. ** Update: All carpeting throughout the house (with the exception of the stairs) was recently replaced with luxury vinyl plank. The photos in this listing will be updated in the near future to reflect this change. There is a private outdoor shower that is handy for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The shower has both hot and cold running water. Jolly Sixpence is the perfect location for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, ocean breezes, fun, family, and fellowship. Practical extras include high-speed internet with WiFi, gas grill, Xbox 360 in kids nook, games and media library. All bedrooms as well as the living room include a DVD player, VCR, and Roku media player. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of one owner's closet on each floor. Guests will also have access to the community clubhouse and pool, which is conveniently located directly adjacent to Jolly Sixpence, as indicated in the photos. Finally, and most importantly, guests will have full access to the beach and the stunning views available at Jolly Sixpence. The beach access is just a short stroll away (please refer to the community map located in the photos). Other things to note Jolly Sixpence includes a fully-stocked kitchen.
