You can enjoy your summer days in a beautiful villa just 30 minutes from the capital, with a large barbecue at the foot of a pool in a totally private way for guests, or the famous windmill route with a beautiful river with its waterfall just 5 minutes from the villa. NOISE IS NOT ALLOWED FROM 11:00 PM TO 8:00 AM AS THERE ARE NEIGHBORS AROUND AND THEY ALSO HAVE TO REST. (A DEPOSIT OF €200 WILL BE PAID THROUGH BIZM, AND IF IT IS LEFT DIRTY, €100 WILL BE CHARGED) THANK YOU. The space It has two houses, both with air conditioning; the main one contains 3 double bedrooms, sofa and bathroom. *The second house contains 5 single beds and a double bed, plus a bathroom. *On the outside plot we have; -A large kitchen equipped with appliances (oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and microwave). -A large table with several chairs that can accommodate several people. -A large barbecue in which two paella pans can fit for more than 20 people. - Large pool with lounge chairs. -A large ping pong table.
