Apartment 3 (58 sqm of living space) offers a new fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and microwave) with dining area, shower/toilet, bedroom, children's room with bunk bed, living room with double closet bed and sofa corner as well as stereo system, SATELLITE TV, Wi-Fi and on request telephone. The apartment is on the 1st floor with balcony facing south. Other things to note Included in the nightly price are the additional costs, bed linen, towels, dish towels and the CAR parking space. On request, you are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee. We will be happy to provide you with a cot, baby phone, back cover, stroller with air tires, as well as a high chair. In winter, sledges and bobsles are available for rent. On the basement is our games room with foosball table and much more. Children's books or cassettes are available to read or listen. Outside, children can expect 2 swings, trampoline, sandbox, table tennis, a treehouse, as well as the rabbit and guinea pig enclosure in the summer.
