Independent guest house with two private bathrooms, located on the outskirts of Elche on a private property and in a quiet area. Just 5min away from the airport by car! 15min beach / 10min city center / 20min Alicante city center / 5min Elche Business Park / 7min IFA. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with all the necessary cookware to spend a few days, nordic fireplace style and a equipped bathroom, which has a large wardrobe enough for 2 people. The space NEWLY RENOVATED with a bedroom with a en-suite bathroom! It is located in a residential area, so you will not have to worry about noise so, if you are looking for a place to relax, you already have found it! The entry is at the back of the property, so that few (or none) times you will see us. Guest access There is car park inside the property, so your car will be safe and with CCTV cameras. You will have a selection of movies (that you may not have seen before), in different languages. You can also enjoy a wine from our cellar that you will free to choose. We can offer you 'late check-out' or 'early check-in', always under availability and paying a supplement depending on the desired time. There are two surveillance cameras outside, one in the parking area (so your car will be safe) and the other right at the entrance to the studio that focuses directly on an area where the guest has no access. Most of our guests love to enjoy it. In the study you will find all the accessories to light it, but the firewood must be brought by you.
