It has an outdoor pool with solarium, gazebo and barbecue. The pool is divided into two parts, a children's area 40 cm deep and an adult area 170 cm deep. The property is located on a plot of more than 5,000 m2, surrounded by fruit trees and numerous areas for the enjoyment of our guests, including a tennis court with basketball hoops. The villa has an approximate area of 400 m2, has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms distributed over three floors and a ground floor. The bedrooms are on the three upper floors, with a total of seven, making this villa perfect for a vacation with your family or friends. Spacious bedrooms with all the necessities, five of them have their own bathroom. We have a bedroom on the entrance floor, with an adapted bathroom with a bar for the toilet, a floor-level shower with a chair and grab bars, perfect for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Both the bedroom and bathroom doors have a 80 cm passage so as not to hinder wheelchair access. The house has two living rooms with TVs, two full kitchens, a small bookstore that has books for all ages and a laundry area, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and other cleaning products. On the ground floor we find a large living-dining room, it has independent access from the pool, although it can be accessed from the house itself. This area is our guests' favorite, 120 m2 spread over a cozy, completely open space, with a pellet fireplace, a full kitchen, a table for fourteen diners, a 50" Smart TV and a ping pong table, as well as a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. For a reservation of 12 people, 6 bedrooms will be left open. For a reservation of 14 people, 7 bedrooms will be left open. If guests request to open more bedrooms without meeting the occupancy requirement, there will be an additional cost.
