Amazing Villa sleeps 14, tennis court, outdoor pool with gazebo and BBQ. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Gijón and 30 minutes from Oviedo and Avilés, in the quiet village of Quintueles. Fully gated, with parking privately. Just 5 minutes from the beach of Ñora and mountain routes. Finca Canal is the ideal space to spend holidays with family and friends. The space Incredible Villa with capacity for 14 people. It has an outdoor pool with sun deck, gazebo and barbecue. The pool is divided into two parts, a children's area 40 cm deep and an adult area 170 cm deep. The estate is located on a plot of more than 5,000 m2, surrounded by fruit trees and numerous areas for our guests' enjoyment, including a tennis court with basketball baskets. The chalet has an approximate area of 400 m2, it has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms distributed over three floors and ground floor. On the top three floors are the bedrooms, with a total of seven, it makes this villa perfect to spend a vacation with your family or friends, spacious bedrooms and with all needs, five of them have their own bathroom. We have a bedroom at the entrance floor, with a bathroom adapted with a toilet bar, a floor level shower with a chair and grab bars, perfect for elderly people or people with reduced mobility. Both the bedroom and bathroom door have a wheelchair access. The house has two living rooms with TVs, two full kitchens, a small bookstore that has books for all ages and a laundry area, with washer, dryer, iron and other cleaning products. On the ground floor we did not find a large living-dining room, it has independent access from the pool, although it can be accessed from the house itself. This area is the favourite of our guests, 120 m2 spread over a cosy, completely open space, with a pellet fireplace, full kitchen, table for fourteen diners, 50" Smart TV and ping pong table, as well as a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The house has Wi-Fi in all its outbuildings, including the swimming pool area. For stays of less than 14 people, the bedrooms will be available according to occupancy, each being for 2 people. For example: For a reservation of 10 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms will be left open. For a reservation of 12 people, 6 bedrooms will be left open. For a reservation of 14 people, 7 bedrooms will be left open.
