The Orchid Penthouse is a comfortable, modern, safe, quiet, warm and spacious 2 double (or 2 twin) bedroom apartment in a small block. ⇢ 2 min walk to a large Tesco and all the amenities of Beeston town centre and bus/tram interchange. ⇢ 2 miles to Nott Uni, Hockey & Tennis Centres and 4 miles from Nottingham City centre and Trent Uni. ⇢ 10 mins walk to Beeston train station linking to Nott, London and airports. ⇢ 1 allocated parking space with additional free on-street parking nearby. The space * You enter The Orchid Penthouse into an inviting central corridor. * On the left are two equal-sized double bedrooms with super-king beds, these can be split into two separate 3ft single beds for children or groups. These each have a triple wardrobe, a dressing table with a chair, and two bedside tables with a lamp. * At the end of the entrance corridor, there is a private bathroom with a WC, basin, and bath with a shower over it. * On the right is the entrance to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, utensils, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, gas hob and electric oven. * The large dining table has 4 chairs, but would comfortably seat 6 using chairs from the bedroom. * The lounge area has a 3 seater leather sofa and separate armchair. * The Orchid has a 45" HD Smart TV and M250 Fibre broadband wi-fi. Please note that there is no lift and there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the entrance. You will also have exclusive access to the allocated parking space in the car park to the rear. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
