The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023. The space The Granary is a one-bedroomed thatched cottage in the heart of the Coes Farm Estate, in a quiet valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a big cosy log burner. On the mezzanine floor is a huge California King bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower/ bath. Outside the cottage there is a bistrot table and sun loungers where guests can enjoy the view across the pond in the afternoon sun. Guest access At Coes Farm our guests have access to all the grounds where they can walk their dog, go for a picnic or simply explore. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room are all open daily for guest use from 9.00am until 5.00pm in Winter and 6.00pm in Summer. The tennis court is open any time, light dependent! Other things to note As standard we provide all our accommodation with olive oil, salt and pepper, a selection of tea and coffee, milk and eggs from our Coes free range chickens. We have a small honesty shop on site where you can purchase homemade products made from produce we grow or forage on-site, additional logs for the fire pits and log burners, and our Wines and Wild Goose Vermouth are also now available to purchase.
