This apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town in Funchal just minutes walk from numerous restaurants and bars. The famous Lavradores Market can be found just three blocks away where you can find everything from flowers, vegetables, and clothes to beverages frequented by the locals. Banks, pharmacies, supermarket, and internet cafés are all to be found within a few minutes walk. Teleferico (cable car) is five minutes walking distance that takes you to the top of the mountain and the spectacular views over Funchal. The property also comes with a parking space available in the garage. As of the the 1st October 2024 tourists are required to pay €2/day by the Tourism Government of Madeira. Only for the first 7 days. This money should be handed over at arrival so it can be then paid at the Câmara Municipal by us.Please have the money in cash before you are handed the keys.
