Located on the 1st floor on the street side, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan). Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), it will be ideal to accommodate 4 people! Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed on your arrival! A cot can be provided at a cost of €15 per night and €30 with a high chair. DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays. The apartment has no parking, the public car park "Place de la Victoire" is located 200 meters from the apartment. The price for parking is 19€ for the day.
