Why crowd into part of someone's home, hotel room, or apartment when you can spread out in comfort in this stand alone, open concept cottage with kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom?! Repose on your rooftop deck or enjoy one of the other outdoor spaces in the garden beneath an ancient pine, surrounded with birds of paradise and bougainvillea. This cottage is open concept with no door separating the bedroom from the other living areas. Please see photos. It is the size of a small 1 bedroom home with a king bed and full living area. Guest access Incredible hiking located in the hills behind. Surfing and sunbathing at the beach below. Easy access to open-aired, free city trolley that can transport you to all of the galleries, museums, restaurants, bars, and beaches in Laguna and parts of Dana Point. Dine at delicious, local favorites within walking distance such as Laguna Thai, Eva's Carribean, Coyote Grill, Papas Tacos, South Swell Donuts, or Neopolitan Pizzeria and Birreria. This is a quiet, residential area. Sorry partyers, but this is not the place for you. Outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach, free laundry and WI-FI Other things to note A car is not necessary when visiting here, as all of Laguna is accessible via trolley or on foot. However, if you have a car, you will appreciate the private lane location with reserved, on street parking. Please make sure to park in the designated space. Neighbors need access to their homes and the lane is shared and narrow.
