Vacation in the Mecklenburg Lake District - beautiful and idyllic apartment in the attic of a listed half-timbered house directly opposite the park and Lake Ivenacker The apartment is located on the top floor of a semi-detached house and is divided into a living room with kitchen / dining area, children's room with 2 (+1) single beds and toys, bathroom with tub and a loft with a double bed, which can be reached from the living room by a somewhat steep staircase. The small kitchen integrated in the living room has all the necessary electrical devices, such as. B. Fridge / freezer, stove and oven, as well as microwave and dishwasher. Of course, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are also included. A separate dining table offers enough space for dining for up to 5 people. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a Wii console for entertainment. In the children's room there is also a TV with DVD player, CD player and a Playstation 2 with games for different ages for the little ones. TV reception is unfortunately not possible here. For the children there are various play equipment in the garden such as play house, horizontal bar, swing, trampoline and even a large warp car to pass the time. Ivenack is an idyllic little place in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here, excursion destinations in Stavenhagen, Waren, Malchin, Demmin, Teterow, Altentreptow and Neubrandenburg invite you and can be reached in about half an hour. A small swimming lake is in the immediate vicinity. Even a very nice swimming pool in the middle of the forest can be reached quickly in about 5 km. Ivenack is known for its almost 1000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced natural and zoo. They are among the oldest oak trees in Germany. Fallow deer and Turopolje pigs can also be seen up close. Recently there is also a tree top path in this area, from which you can now meet the oaks at eye level. The apartment is located in the best location of Ivenack, directly at the park with the Ivenacker lake. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and go for long walks or bike rides in nature. In the garden belonging to the house, you can let your children romp around safely and let your mind wander even in a deck chair. Children's play equipment is of course available and may be used. Some bicycles are available free of charge for trips by bike. This accommodation can also be booked together with the apartment on the ground floor, so that a total of 9 beds are available for family friends or large families. *** There will probably be high-speed Internet from June 2019 and we can finally make WiFi available to our guests. *** Optional bookable services: - bed linen & amp; Towels 5. 59 EUR per person and stay - Dog 5. 59 EUR per night
