Greenbanks 1 is a holiday apartment ideally suited to two people and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing break in the country. You have a fully fitted kitchen with your own separate lounge and large balcony ideal for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. All bedding and towels are provided. Free WiFi Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge. Please note: we do not accept children of any age or pets no matter their size or how well behaved The space The kitchen is situated on the ground floor with door leading to the garden and parking area. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, sink and plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. There is also an iron and ironing board should you require. From the kitchen are the stairs leading the rest of the apartment which is on the first floor... This spacious sitting room is on the first floor and has two sofas, a coffee table, elegant lighting, a large flat screen TV with DVD player, and large double doors leading out to the balcony.. WiFi is free and you can access it throughout the property. The balcony has a couple of reclining chairs for you to sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, and maybe a glass of wine to help unwind.. There is also a table and chairs where you could enjoy your breakfast and enjoy the morning sun. You could also sit and enjoy the stars at night as we have very low levels of light pollution. You may even see the badgers roaming around looking for worms and digging up the lawn!! The bedroom has a lovely comfortable double bed for a good nights sleep and there is plenty of storage in the wardrobe and chest of draws. There are 2 sets of towels for you and we have supplied a hair dryer in the top drawer of the chest of drawers. Linen and bedding areThe spacious bathroom is en suite and is fully equipped with a large shower and bath, toilet and hand basin. We have supplied a few toiletries in the bathroom just in case you have forgotten yours including shower gel, bubble bath, soap, tissues and shower cap. provided. Guest access We have a large garden that you are welcome to make use of and enjoy. We try to grow as many of our own vegetables as we can and we also have chickens to supply us with fresh eggs daily. You are more than welcome to help yourselves to any of the produce in the garden, and fresh eggs from the nest. We have lots of vegetables including beans, carrots, beetroot, and salad leaves as well as tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers in the green house depending on the time of year. There are plenty of seating areas around the garden so please feel free to use them, have a wonder around the garden. Other things to note If you are wanting to bring your own bikes we are happy to store them in our garage, just let me know when you book.
