The town center is about 1,5 km away, or 20 min very pleasant walk along the sea coast. If you do not wish to walk the nearest bus stop is only 150 meters away and it allows quick access to the city center by public transportation. Two big supermarkets are located in the same district about 1 km distance. House is located at the foot of the Marjan hill. It's sunny south side. Marjan Forest Park is green oasis and a recreational center of the city. It is a perfect place for biking, jogging and other outside activities. It is the setting for numerous beaches and jogging trails as well as tennis courts , all surrounded by the scenic forest. Nearest beach is only 150m far from the house. It is pebbeled Kaštelet beach with several coffee bars. We rent only one comfortable apartment placed in the mansard of our family house. Size of apartment is 70m2+20m2terrace. It has one double bedroom, one small room with single bed, dinning room with kitchen, living room with auxiliary bed (couch), bathroom and a large terrace. Terrace has a rocker, table and shower. Enjoying wiev to the sea you can relax and sunbathe protected from prying eyes. Apartment has air-condition in living room, cooling fans in bedrooms and another heater, equiped with TV and WiFi internet, washing machine and baby cot. Parking place is in the garden.
