Bright spacious studio with TV, fridge, and your own terrace overlooking the garden, good shopping facilities nearby, and easy access downtown, perfect for relaxing or working. Sorry, not suitable for children! The space Our studio in the quiet quarter of Rissen has 30 sqm lit by room-high windows on three sides (most curtains are light-coloured - bring a sleeping mask if you need total darkness). Equipped with a comfortable double bed, sofa for two, two light chairs, tV set, wardrobe, refrigerator, and desk with armchair. Access to the sun terrace via broad sliding door, openin the view into the green surroundings; lounge chairs, a glass table, and sunshades are there for you to relax. Bedlinen, towels, mineral water, and sweets included in the price; make your own coffee/tea in the studio. Perfect for creative work, for relaxing, reading, meditating ... SORRY, NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN! The house is close to a nice little shopping street, two nature reserves, and the Elbe river; the way downtown takes less than one hour. Guest access Our house is a bungalow: The studio on the first floor is reached via wooden staircase, WC/shower (joint use with guest room) are on street level - we are pointing this out explicitly to guests of a certain age or with walking disabilities! Please bring a dressing gown or the like; we can help with slippers. Keys to main entrance and studio will be handed out on arrival - a matter of trust to us! Sorry but we have to charge € 30,- for lost keys. During your stay We respect our guests‘ need for rest but of course we are available for any questions arising. Other things to note COVID: All vaccinated and recovered guests are welcome; both of us are risk patients - thank you very much for your understanding! WEATHER: Hamburg is known for fresh winds, clouds, and some rain showers. Hot summer sunshine heats up the studio over the day; the sunshades help a little and the studio cools down in the evening so you can sleep well; two fans are available.
