The cottage is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy and new bed, and perfect for your four-legged friends who will have a fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress. The space Lovely Colonial Cottage with all of the amenities that is close to Paso Robles Wine Country and five minutes to downtown Atascadero. The cottage has a very comfortable and new king bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own primary bathroom. You will sleep peacefully with a top of the line mattress, and if you need extras like a sound machine, that is provided as well. The new bathroom has a full shower with shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, espresso maker (Nespresso with complimentary coffee ponds), milk frother, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles. This one-bedroom unit is apart of a two-unit duplex and shares one wall with another one-bedroom unit. The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen. There are two couches, one with three seats, and the second is a loveseat. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows. The backyard has a gas BBQ and small eating area. It is a fully enclosed fenced area that you can access from the backdoor that has a dog door for easy in/out access for you four legged friend. The fenced backyard area is perfect for dogs since they can not get out and the fence is six feet high. The fully fenced backyard area is private for only the airbnb guests and not shared with anyone to ensure your pet is not disturbed. The washer and dryer is in the basement, is coin-op (bring quarters), and there is typically soap available for guests; however if you have allergies or sensitive skin, please bring your own clothes soap. There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI. We hope you enjoy our Colonial Cottage Getaway as much as we have! Guest access You will have full exclusive access to the Cottage which shares one wall with the unit next door as the entire building is a duplex. Other things to note Atascadero is a fabulous location that is 15 minutes to San Luis Obispo and the Paso Robles Wine Country. In addition, Morro Bay, San Simeon, and Cambria are also 30 minutes away! Enjoy you stay! The house is great for pets since there is a backyard that can be accessed by a dog door and each backyard is fully enclosed. Please note: Each pet (dog) will require a pet fee of $35 for each pet. The pet fee will be collected upon check-in via the Airbnb online payment system and compensates for the additional vacuuming, cleaning, and wear/tear on furniture. Cats are not allowed, and any animal that is not a dog, or any dog with a weight greater than 35 lbs, will need to request approval prior to booking.
