The space Just 480 meters from the enchanting beaches of Torre di Barì and not far from the beach of Sa Marina, a beautiful real estate structure has been built. The structure includes eight apartments of different sizes and number of beds which allow us to satisfy the needs of all our guests. The location that hosts the apartments is the tourist hamlet of Bari Sardo called "Torre di Barì" where it is possible, thanks to the size of the beaches and the pine forest, to enjoy the sea in complete tranquility and at the same time take advantage of the numerous bathing facilities and tourist services available. Practical apartment, developed on one level on the ground floor, fully furnished and carefully finished. The accommodation has a spacious veranda with outdoor table and chairs, and consists of a living area with kitchen and double sofa bed (most suitable for teenagers and children), double bedroom and large bathroom. Equipment: Complete kitchen, dishes, oven, fridge with freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, LCD television with digital decoder, iron, common area for barbecues, two shared outdoor showers, parking. Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Other things to note In Bari Sardo separate waste collection is carried out, guests must respect the rules provided at the entrance to the apartment. PLEASE NOT THAT HOST CAN CHARGE ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES, I.E. 60 EUROS, IF GUESTS DO NOT FOLLOW THE GARBAGE DISPOSALS RULES It is also requested that the apartment is treated with care and that it is returned free of rubbish, with an empty fridge and a clean hob. Only small pets are allowed, upon communication and only with our consent, with a supplement of €20.00 (supplement necessary to cover the costs of additional cleaning with adequate detergents and sanitizers to guarantee subsequent guests). In the common areas of the facility, animals must be kept on a leash. It is absolutely forbidden to let animals climb onto beds, sofas, chairs, tables etc... It is not permitted to leave the animal alone in the apartment for long periods of time, to avoid it complaining or causing damage.
